Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Stella & Dot jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the items in their original gift boxes and secure them inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
